WATER LEVEL CONTROLLER

Single Phase Water Level Controller is designed to switch ON and OFF the single-phase water pump automatically without manual intervention. The system comes with water level sensors, which continuously monitors the water level and based on this the pump gets switched ON or OFF. For user convenience, 2 modes such as manual and auto mode are provided. During auto mode, the following operations take place. Various LED indications are also provided to know the status of the pump and water level at a given point of time.

• When water level is below certain level in bottom tank, pump gets automatically switched OFF and that avoids the dry run of the  pump
• When water level in bottom tank is above certain level and in the overhead tank it is below bottom threshold, the pump gets ON.
• When the water level in the overhead tank is above  upper threshold, then pump automatically gets switched OFF. This avoids  the overflow of the tank.
• Water level/threshold in both overhead and bottom tanks can be adjusted by the user.

 Note

• This water level controller is not useful for submersible or 3 phase pumps having START/STOP buttons. This should be used only for single phase motors with single ON/OFF switch

This is designed to switch ON and OFF single/ three-phase submersible water pump automatically without manual intervention. The system comes with water level sensors, which continuously monitors the water level and based on this the pump gets switched ON or OFF. Various LED indications are also provided to know the status of the pump and water level at a given point of time.

• When water level is below certain level in bottom tank,      pump gets automatically switched OFF and that avoids the dry run of the      pump
• When water level in bottom tank is above certain level      and in the overhead tank it is below bottom threshold, the pump gets ON.
• When the water level in the overhead tank is above      upper threshold, then pump automatically gets switched OFF. This avoids      the overflow of the tank.
• Water level/threshold in both overhead and bottom tanks      can be adjusted by the user.
• Pump gets switched OFF automatically in the absence of      any one phase.

  Pump can be switched ON and OFF through phone call from registered mobile numbers. Notification is sent to the registered mobile numbers through SMS.  

• Pump ON time can be set from 1 minute to 999 (16 hours) minutes. The pump gets automatically switched OFF after the pre-configured time and notification is sent to user through SMS.
• During pump ON time, if there is no power, pump gets switched OFF. Again, when power gets available, notification is sent through SMS and phone call about availability of power. Also, the pump continues to stay ON for rest of the pre-configured time.
• If the user forgets to call to switch OFF the pump , then automatically it gets switched OFF after the preconfigured time.
•  Works for single-phase starter(single switch), single-phase starter(two switches, one for  ON and other for Off) and three phase starter(two switches, one for ON and other for Off) 
•  When water touches the top sensor of the overhead tank, pump gets automatically switched OFF and notification is also sent to the user through SMS.
• At a maximum two phones can be registered with the system.
